free breakfast many options atrocious wifi high temperature

The staff helped with our room choice. The free breakfast had many options (though I missed having bacon).

The WiFi was atrocious. I couldn't get any work done because of it. the room temperature never went below 21 degrees Celsius, so it was uncomfortably hot.

airport service breakfast buffet

The breakfast buffet offers many options. The hotel also provides van service to the airport for a reasonable cost, I found it convenient.

The air conditioning seemed not cold enough, this was slightly disappointing.

clean lobby excellent food missing towels rude attitude

the lobby felt huge and clean. the restaurant staff were very accommodating. the food was excellent!!!

my room lacked the required towels. i asked the housekeeper on my floor, and she turned away and told me to call the front desk for my request. she had a very rude attitude.
